RETURN POLICY

Return Policy:

We want you to love your experience with Winx Wear, so if for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase to please email support@winxwear.com or call 732.707.5057 to schedule a return, and receive an RA# to begin the return process, within 7 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in brand new condition, with tags attached, unwashed and unworn, and in the original packaging. Customers will be responsible for return shipping charges. Proof of purchase is required to be eligible for a refund.

For refunds or exchanges on regular priced items, our policy lasts 7 days after the delivered date. After the 7 day period has passed, we can offer store credit for your return of unused regular priced items. After 30 days, we will no longer offer returns or exchanges on items.

All sale items are final sale.

Gift Card Policy:

All Gift Card purchases from the website are final sale.
