SHIPPING & RECEIVING ORDERS
Shipping & Receiving Orders:
All domestic orders are shipped within 1-5 business days, excluding major sale events. All expedited orders will ship the following business day.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information prior to shipping. We will ship to the shipping address given at the time of checkout. Winx Wear is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address.
Packages marked as delivered, but are 'not received' are the customer's responsibility to locate. Once the package leaves our hands we are no longer liable. Please contact your local post office to escalate an investigation on your behalf but, we are not able to track down lost packages on our end.
We do not issue refunds on lost packages.
If you are having a 'slipper-mergency” (trust us, it’s a thing) and would like to ensure that your products will arrive in time for a special event please email support@winxwear.com to verify that the items you'd like are in stock, and we will do our best to get your order out as quickly as we can!
